FY Network is a technology company based in Newark, NJ, focused on building tools for healthcare professionals. Our flagship product, DSPFY, is an all-in-one application designed specifically for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) — the people who provide essential care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Across the country, hundreds of thousands of DSPs document visits, track compliance requirements, manage schedules, and navigate complex regulatory frameworks — often with outdated tools or no tools at all.FY Network exists to change that.
