SprintLedger Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

SprintLedger is a Jira application published on the Atlassian Marketplace by FY Network Inc. ("FY Network," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how SprintLedger handles data when you install and use the application.

2. Data We Access

SprintLedger reads the following data through Atlassian's Forge APIs, solely to calculate sprint costs and display budget information:

• Issue summaries, assignees, and statuses
• Story points and time tracking fields
• Sprint and board information

This data is read on demand and is never copied, cached, or stored outside of Atlassian's infrastructure.

3. Data We Store

SprintLedger stores only the configuration settings you enter:

• Hourly rates for team members
• Budget targets
• Hours-per-story-point settings
• Display preferences

All configuration data is stored in Forge Storage, which is hosted and managed entirely by Atlassian within their infrastructure. FY Network does not have direct access to Forge Storage contents.

4. No External Data Storage

SprintLedger does not store, export, or transmit any Jira data or user information outside of Atlassian's infrastructure. All data processing occurs within the Forge platform. No data is sent toFY Network servers or any third-party services.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

SprintLedger does not collect analytics, usage metrics, or any form of tracking data. The application does not use cookies, beacons, or any other tracking technologies.

6. No Data Selling or Sharing

We do not sell, share, rent, or distribute any data accessed through SprintLedger to any third party for any purpose.

7. Data Deletion

Uninstalling SprintLedger removes all stored configuration settings from Forge Storage. Since no data is stored outside of Atlassian's infrastructure, no additional deletion steps are required. If you need to request data deletion prior to uninstalling, contact us at admin@fynetwork.com.

8. Children's Privacy

SprintLedger is a business tool intended for use by professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
