SprintLedger Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing or using SprintLedger ("the App"), a Jira application published on the Atlassian Marketplace by FY Network Inc. ("FY Network," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

SprintLedger is a Jira application that provides sprint cost tracking, budget management, and team cost analysis. The App runs on Atlassian's Forge platform and reads Jira issue data to calculate and display cost estimates based on user-configured settings.

3. Informational Purposes Only

All cost calculations, budget figures, and estimates displayed by SprintLedger are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice. You should verify all figures independently before making business decisions based on them.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

SprintLedger calculates costs based on the data available in your Jira project and the settings you configure (hourly rates, budget targets, hours-per-story-point ratios). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any figures displayed. You are responsible for entering accurate configuration values.

5. Data and Privacy

SprintLedger operates entirely within Atlassian's Forge platform:

• Configuration data (rates, budgets) is stored in Forge Storage, managed by Atlassian.
• No Jira data or user information is stored, exported, or transmitted outside of Atlassian's infrastructure.
• The App does not collect analytics, usage metrics, or tracking data.
• Uninstalling SprintLedger removes all stored settings from Forge Storage.

6. Atlassian Platform Dependency

SprintLedger depends on Atlassian's Forge platform and Jira APIs. We are not responsible for downtime, data unavailability, API changes, or errors caused by Atlassian platform issues. Service availability is subject to Atlassian's own terms and uptime.

7. Subscription and Pricing

SprintLedger may be offered with a free tier and paid tiers through the Atlassian Marketplace. Pricing, features, and tier availability are subject to change. Billing for paid tiers is handled by Atlassian through the Marketplace. Refund policies are governed by Atlassian's Marketplace terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FY Network Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SprintLedger, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in cost calculations or budget figures
• Business decisions made based on data displayed by the App
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or unavailability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of SprintLedger shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of SprintLedger after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
